Delivery Policy
Once our Surveyor has inspected the Property and we have received confirmation of payment the Report will be prepared and sent to the customer by post within 7 working days. The Company cannot take responsibility for delays incurred by the postal services.
Returns and Refunds
The Reports that are prepared contain information only which, obviously, cannot be returned. There is, therefore, no return policy.
The fee can be refunded to the customer under the following circumstances:
· If cancellation is received before the Surveyor visits the Property the full fee will be refunded.
· If cancellation is received after the Surveyor has inspected the Property and before the Surveyor has started to prepare the Report 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is received after the inspection and after the Report has been prepared there is no refund.
Privacy Policy
The details of the Property Report as well as Customer details will be treated as strictly confidential. None of our customer financial details (such as credit/debit card details, bank details, etc) will be stored or retained by Clear Survey.
